The Dogs
I have three beautiful dogs. Kirby, Vala and Coco. They are quite the handful, but they are my babies.
This is Kirby. He has been with me for about 7 years now. He is my little boy. He is a Jack Russell Terrier and true to his breed…too true even. He never seems to run out of energy. Although he is also good about settling down when told to do so, it must be his age. He is also good at protesting. If he doesn’t like something, he will tell you.
This is Coco. She is a beautiful bridle Pit Bull Terrier. She is the so sweet and loving. She is also spoiled (I love my babies), so she expects love and attention most of the time. She and Vala don’t get along anymore. That’s something that I need to correct with some professional training. For their safety and mine they have been separated. We alternate their “zones” so they get to be all over the house. While it seems like a pain, I don’t find it to be. It makes bed time much easier.
This is Vala. She and Coco are the same age, born only a month apart. She is American Staffordshire Terrier. She is the timid one of the bunch. She was born in Texas. She likes things quiet and will retreat to the comfort of the bed room or her kennel when uncomfortable. When she goes outside she is a completely different dog. She stops being timid and turns into a energetic playful puppy. She has those moments inside but they are only when she knows or thinks she is about to go out.
